We have been in business for 20 years now. I believe that the secret to staying in business for so many years is honesty. When I tell any of my customer's exactly what I will be performing, That's exactly what I will do. For example, I will tell you that we will never sub contract any part of roofing out to another company, There are many Roof removal companies out there but sub contracting the work out has many risk involved , So I will not attempt it. We do all our own Roof removals and we have our own workman's comp insurance with STATE FUND. Another practice of mine is not to accept any kind of deposit. I find that by me trusting people to pay at the completion of the job in turn has people trusting me to do a nice job ! Its pretty simple- I do a beautiful job,You pay me :)

Things to think about when having your Roof installed is the quality of the materials installed , The weight of the felt underlayment , metal flashing's , chimney metal flashing's, types of ridge materials. In my proposals I will list all - leaving you with no questions after receiving your free estimate.The only question you will probably have is ( when can you start TOM ?) We always let weather dictate to us when the best time is to get in there and do the job. Summer time is usually a better time for 2 reasons, Not too much rain , and Roofing materials generally go down on cost at that time. When its raining , Roofing materials usually go up. I think its all about supply and demand ?
